Young leadership would like to involve young professionals, in their 20s and 30s, in a broad range of educational, social, social action, philanthropic, and leadership development activities, as a means to enhance their commitment and connection to Israel. ELEM offers a congenial setting for connecting with other Jews as members of an active and compassionate Jewish community. Our annual campaign is organized in communities of interest, so that you can participate conveniently where you work, where you live, through your synagogue, with people in your own age bracket, and with people you know, or might like to know.
