ELEM operates a national network of youth counseling and information centers called Hafuch Al Hafuch. The centers offer group and individual counseling, assistance and support. There are 12 centers currently operating throughout Israel. In addition to the professional staff, over 400 volunteers, both adults and youth, work at the Hafuch centers, which are open five days a week during the afternoon and evening. |  |

The Y ELEM Website was established in order to enable teenagers from around the country to anonymously receive accessible, quality and reliable assistance and counseling from professionals and trained volunteers. Group and individual counseling are offered via chat, email, and forum discussion, and the site provides links to other resources and articles on a variety of topics that are of interest to adolescents. |
