Derech Hamelech (The King’s Way) is a vocational training and mentoring program for approximately 400 youth annually who are are referred to ELEM by Youth Probation Services. Youth are assigned caring adult mentors and are often integrated into a vocational training program or a business or commercial company in the community. |

The Lilliyot Restaurant project offers teens who have difficulty integrating into formal educational frameworks vocational training in the culinary arts in a therapeutic and supportive environment. The restaurant is located at 4 Weizman Street in Tel Aviv. |

Innovative Business Initiatives for Youth provides youth with a variety of options to integrate into a supportive work environment and learn what it entails to operate a business. At Café Yael in Sderot, youth run a coffee shop near the local cinema and offer patrons coffee, sandwiches and light meals. |
